General Terms:
1. The commissioner reserves the right to decline any commission request that exceeds their current skillset or availability.
2. Due to academic responsibilities, the commissioner can choose to decline tasks with rush deadlines.
3. All client information is handled with strict confidentiality.
4. In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter respectfully through private communication before seeking third-party intervention.Portfolio and File Policy:
1. Work may be shared publicly unless the client requests privacy within 24 hours of delivery.age.
2. Confidential works will only be shown via private message
3. Raw editable files (e.g., PSD, AI, AEP, Canva links) will not be provided to protect the work.Commercial Use and Rush Tasks:
1. Commercial use incurs a 70% fee on top of the base price.
2. Urgent tasks (under 48 hours) have a rush fee. Kindly check the rates section for the amount per hour.Client Responsibilities:
1. Clients must provide clear, final instructions and exact deadlines (date and time).
2. Deadlines without a time are assumed to be 11:59 PM.
3. Changes after confirmation may incur a revision fee.Payment Terms:
1. The commission process will ONLY begin once a 50% down payment is received. The remaining 50% is to be paid after a preview of the completed work is delivered.
2. The final file will only be released upon receipt of full payment. A delay in the remaining 50% payment beyond 3 days after preview may incur a ₱30 late feeCancellations and Refunds:
1. Cancellations are HIGHLY DISCOURAGED.
__a. If a client cancels a task:
____i. If the client cancels after work has begun, a 30% cancellation fee applies. The commissioner can also choose to waive the cancellation fee in some instances.
__b. If the commissioner cancels a task:
____i. If the commissioner cancels, they may suggest alternatives but aren't required to.
2. STRICTLY NO REFUNDS once the commission has started.Revisions:
1. Unlimited minor revisions allowed within 12 hours of confirmed delivery. Limited major revisions are free if the mistake is on the commissioner’s end.
Otherwise;
__a. Revision fees will be charged if:
____i. Major revisions resulting from incomplete or incorrect instructions by the client do not qualify as free.
____ii. Minor, Moderate, and Major revisions outside of the first 12 hours of delivery will concur a revision fee.
____iii. Revision fee guide:
______1. Minor revisions: 20%
______2. Moderate revisions: 30–40%
______3. Major revisions: 50%
2. Clients must inform the commissioner in advance if future revisions may be needed.Delivery and Feedback:
1. Final outputs will be delivered via Google Drive or Gmail once completed.
2. Feedback is highly encouraged and appreciated. Clients may share their experience using the hashtag #Seitisfied.
All rates are computed based on the effort, time, skills, internet usage, and electricity used by the commissioner. These rates are subject to changes depending on the complexity of the task. It is best to inquire to the commissioner for specific tasks.Writeups
